There are a lot of paper crafts for children that you can do with just one or two children or that are fun for a whole group of kids. Take a large sheet of craft paper, it comes in rolls and is very inexpensive, and allow the child to draw and color a town or some kind of imaginary landscape or galaxy. Then with card stock paper you can cut out the dolls or action figures for your child to fill in the faces and details. They can clothe them by drawing the clothes on or by making several outfits out of construction paper. This craft will keep them busy for weeks, first creating it and then playing with it.
