Simple Christmas Crafts For Children

Once you have gathered all of your materials, you are going to need to take the brown pipe cleaner that you have and twist it so that the end result is a V-shape, which should be right under the curve or neck of the candy cane, which is your reindeer.
Now, you are going to bend your pipe cleaner again so that you are able to shape them into the antlers. Then you are going to take both of the googly eyes and then glue both of them onto the actual candy cane. Once you have finished this, you are going to need to glue a red pompom onto the candy cane in order to create the reindeer nose.
Now it is time that you tie whatever thin ribbon you have chosen completely around the neck of the reindeer and then string on the jingle bell so that you are able to add the final touch. You may also want to take the time to glue the ribbon onto the candy cane in order to secure it. If you would like, you could make a lot of these really cute candy cane reindeers and then place them all over the tree.
A Pasta Holiday Wreath: All you are going to need for this holiday craft is some small paper plates, glue, a variety of different shapes of pasta, festive ribbon for the bow, and tempra paint of a holiday color. Once you have gathered all of your materials, all you are going to need to do is cut out the center of the paper plate and then select some of the pasta noodles that are extremely interesting, and then glue all of them around the paper plate's outer ring.
If you can, you should try really hard to cover the whole entire plate. After all of the glue is dry you should take the tempra paint and paint all of the pasta. However, you should always make sure that there is an adult present to tie the ribbon so that it forms a bow and then take the time to glue the bow onto the wreath.
